Limited Warranty and Conditions

AutoTap is manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship and is warranted to be free from defects for 5 years from the date of purchase. AutoTap, at its option, repairs, replaces or provides replacement parts for any defective unit provided that the unit was not misused, abused, altered or become inoperative due to water born debris and/or sediment buildup. In any event, any repair or replacement part is in fulfillment of the original warranty and does not extend the warranty period beyond the original five years period. This warranty does not include the cost of on sight labor and shipping. The sole obligation of AutoTap under this warranty is to provide a replacement unit for installation by the purchaser, or at its option, repair or replace the defective product at its facility. In addition, and under no circumstances, shall AutoTap be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages including and without limitations, damages resulting from the misuse of this product to property or loss of time and inconveniences. AutoTap will not be responsible for labor charges, installation, repair or replacement, nor for incidental or consequential damages or inconveniences that may occur during installation.
